I’ve got a question about the LLWS. They other day Canada was eliminated by Puerto Rico in the International division. Why is PR considered International? Their a US territory, their people are US citizens aren’t they? WTF???

That is a good question. They also have different banking rules too which is they have a huge pile of debt.

Complicated, owned, not a state with full benefits, like say Hawaii. US owns a bunch of islands all over the Pacific, those peoples make their own rules to live by with the protection of Uncle Sam.

Officially they are an unincorporated territory of the US. So, yeah, complicated.
