If I ate that, I'd burst at the seams.....lactose intolerance is a PITA.

You need to find someone that pasteurizes milk the old fashioned way. A local diary farm next to me would use this way and the milk and ice cream they made never bothered me one bit. Unfortunately they cant sell to the public anymore because the local dairy COOP is a bunch of dicks and changed the rules to were he has to sell them all of his milk.

I just eat sherbet and sorbet. I kind of like the fruity ones anyways. I've got some lactase drops that I throw in milk. Works pretty good. Luckily as a part of the religious practice here, many people fast. Therefore, there is a pretty darn good selection of foods that have no animal products, including milk or butter.

Edit: I get local sheep's milk unpasteurized and unrestricted also. I put the lactase drops in and the make cheese and stuff.
