Instead of replacing the grill. I removed the rusted bottom pan. This is after had a piece wasn't to rusted so I beat it into shape.

Replaced the burners and crossovers they was rusted out. Most people would have just replaced the grill or upgraded I believe .Not this cheap pig 36 bucks in parts.

I cleaned these out of the gas valves
One would hardly light.
Clogged almost closed. You get one that won't light it's probably the problem.

I snagged a nice stainless unit off the curb side and knocked them rusted burners out and used that bish as a real wood grill.
