Agree...fine seasoning. Got some here in the cabinet...I like it on seared steaks with melted butter at the end just like you've done, and it's damn good on grilled half chickens as well.I tell ya straight up, if you've never tried Cavender's Greek seasoning, you really need to pick up a shaker from the store and try it on some grilled meat. Just a wonderful blend of seasoning and my favorite on all sorts of food stuffs.
