I’m with ya on the sharpening stone deal...been doing it for 40 plus yrs that way, and other ways. Pocket knives and hunting knives need a fine edge as well. There’s simply better ways to achieve consistent angles and razor sharp edges on kitchen cutlery.

One of the girls at work lost a close friend on Wednesday. Rolled a side x side not wearing a seat belt last Sunday. No brain function after two days and took her off life support. Thankfully she was an organ donor and helped 5 others.

Last night the flight for life helicopter crashed about 10 or 15 miles from here with 3 hospital personnel on board all 4 perished.

That is really unfortunate. I know the company that operates them here in Kansas and Colorado had the FAA on there ass a few years ago for not having everything up to standard.
