Good morning Joe. Buy a mid grade airless sprayer, and spray it. The brush and roller will take forever unless you have 3 or 4 people doing it.

That was what I was thinking. But that 4-800$ could go a long way towards a contractor...

I'm not sure about your area, but out here it's insane prices for a contractor. 1.50 and up a square foot for interior work. If you get a decent sprayer it will always be handy. You can even spray lacquer with them if you wish. edit look for a used titan 440 they are a great sprayer, and can be had for a good price.

Always a balance of time/money, fella can do a good job rolling out the paint and near as fast when you count in all the pita masking you have to do with spraying, this of course that you have the ability to do cut work with a brush.
