Fell it with the little 51, even though it has no gunning sight. Snow was up to my knees and crusty on top, hard to get around.

Placed the strap with a double rolling choke. This helps the log clear the stump.

Notice how the choke spun the log after being pulled.

...an interruption happened. The town boys were cutting some trees down close by and stacking them by the side of the road. So cut and hauled two trailer fulls home, all oak and maple.

So I got out a little bit more firepower in the 266xp and just cut the part of the log protruding into the driveway.

Didn't have to noodle much and they split in two easily. Was pretty tired and decided to pack up and finish later.
