The picco is fast on small saws , if you can gear a strong saw up enough , because rims are limited

Put the narrow kerf on a few saws for folks and they do like it for the small wood it was intended for.

I kind of inadvertently proved that this summer at a gtg, my little ported 51 with regular .325 spanked a 254xp with the narrow kerf in a big oak log, when it came time to race I figured I had him beat in the small pine cant, not so, the 254 walked right on by and smoked me, bad. Lol

In my small mind ...I good setup would be an 026 , turning about 17k , with ps chain ,and a 16" bar ,and an 8 or 9 pin rim..

They're not known for torque , very small , compact , and they'll turn forever ....an oe 346 would be another candidate. ..or or a 242xp....or a 444 husky ...but themselves getting old to Rev the chit out of......lol
