They way they charge at them places it makes me want to get a job there. It has to pay good.
Years ago I worked for a dealer part time in the evening. Thought it might turn into something until I found out that I made five bucks more an hour then their head mechanic at my day job.

Packed up my tool box that night..

If it paid at least $12 an hour I'd do it. Cause $12 in these parts for part time is pretty decent.

got a technical ? fer ya
the wood that we harvested in nov & dec is takin 10-12hrs more kiln time than the stuff that was cut prior to that.
does the cell structure change in dormant trees versus non dormant?
or what else would be causin this?
thats the only thing different is when the wood was harvested.

Is the sap coming up? Maple season isn't far off here... just a thought.

Out side temps being colder than chit. I know when Im trying to smoke something in the cold it takes longer.
