They are installing lots of high density plastic pipe on our job site. And it is fusion welded together. The 24 inch pipe has walls about 3 1/2" thick. They are rough cutting it with a 28" bar on a 461. I guess maybe the same problems here in the future?

Guaranteed to pull the pipe apart before the joints or something like that.
I never messed with it
But the seeing the "skilled labor" that installed it makes me wonder
If it was done properly?
I don't know but our many decades old maines never burst like this
It was very rare.
