Jason,

Do you throw some cheap ground beef, or soup bones on there when you heat it up the first time? Just to season it up?
Manual says don’t do nuthin...just put the heat to it for the first ‘burn in’...of course I’m gonna slick everything with a coat of peanut oil or veg oil. We’ll see tomorrow. Gotta a crazy ass smoking schedule tomorrow, prepping now. The new Weber will not see any action tomorrow...both children here tomorrow, about 15 folks as well...time for the Traeger Pro 34 to shine once again! 11 lb Boston Butt and four whole chickens gonna hit his ass at sunlighttomodtiwniening. We gonna party here...throw darts, sling some shoes, play badminton!

Good morning everyone! 12°/18°

Stopped at the Stealer dealer and picked up a few things for my 026 yesterday.
Picked up a few things for the better half for Christmas.
Then the MIL came over for dinner last night.

Looks like I need to do a little plowing this morning. Then I gotta drag my trails in the woods today.
Then a Christmas party at a friend's house tonight.
