Steves 192 would be a perfect saw imo for just starting out. A buddy of mine has been a part time arborist for a few years now and his go to saw is a 192. I've had to go through the carb a couple times for him but other then that it's been a great saw.

192 is 30cc. 200 is 35cc and has a decent amount more power. 200 is also a bit heavier
I haven't played with to many top handle saws but I've heard the 200t referred to as the Cadillac of top handles.

Only owned some 015 stihls.
But when redmax went under my friend bought several of these 75.00
He is still on the first one.
About 8 year's ago.
Well made saw idk if it's a rebrand of something else.
