Its a serv.that is provided on my isurance thru employer called tela doc.you call them tell set phone conference for a dr to call back.at that time you tell them your symptoms then the decide rather they will precsribe you medicine.so for each of us there was a phone appt.wife was only one to get prescribed meds.our daughter was first to get it.they told me and our child it has to run its course to take over the counter meds,ts useless next time i will pay co pay go see my dr and get meds.i fell terrible
