A few years ago my brother had kidney stones. Turns out his were calcium. Found out later that he had been drinking about a gallon of Sunny D a day for several months. He doesn't touch that chit now.

my doctor told me cut down on my dairy and soda and drink more water which i already do.
i drain my bladder every 30 minutes thanks to the stent.

you will know when it happens i had constant vomiting from the pain and it felt like someone put a fork in my guts and starting turning the fork.
