If my memory is right that is a screen capture from a Helix (Canadian rock band) music video from the 80's. Song was called Rock You, they actually did a second version with the girls topless, got air locally once "by mistake" and I happened to have it recorded. Of course we had a Beta machine so I couldn't take it and show it to my friends all over the place...
