if dodge would use a good transmission and strengthen there front suspension and steering it would be a good truck.
that and i not crazy about the plastic dash that busts off chunks

Dodge hasn't had transmission issues since they went to the Aisin AS68RC, it is every bit as good as the Allison 1000. And it all comes down to how well it is maintained. My friend John had three 12 Valves with the five speed manual that he put over a million miles on each and he never had to do any major repairs to the engines or transmissions. Heck, on his last one, a 1997 3500 super heavy it still had it's original clutch until 1,000,000 and then the release bearing pushed through the clutch fingers lol.
