Nope worked on my uncles truck this past weekend. I only need the burban once in a while. Still debating if its time to part it out. I can use the axle and trans in another truck and someone around here is always looking for a motor.

A master seal kot for the 454 and lots of time. The 700r4 might make it for a block or two behind the bb. If i use the 4l80 out of the suburban then its about $900 or a controller.

There is a spring up creek but it's dry nuff it doesn't run far. Hopefully it'll run into the hole and make a little reservoir.

The 200 acre farm i'm cutting on has two nice pond's for the cattle and two hand dug wells.
We get a lot of rain and they are full of fish too and water moccasins.
Wish i owned it i would build a cabin here.
