Thanks man! I had the wife make special curtains for the bedroom that make it can't see your hand in front of your face dark. Then I trim a set of ear plugs down where they don't rub my pillow. That seems to do the trick for sleeping during the day.

i never had a problem sleeping when working nights even with window open and someone mowing grass at my window
