we have a couple guys that was coddled while they was in the apprenticeship to the point they only want to weld and not do any of the other stuff we do
one day i had enough of it and got in the face of the one in front of the foreman and the rest of the gang and told him that there was more to the job than just welding

I'd have no shame riding his ass every chance I could. If Dallas is Imadik then I'm Imaprick when it comes to jackoff's on the job. When I made foreman I fired them as fast as the boss could hire them. As much as he could appreciate me looking out for his best interest, he was also loosing money every day for not having enough body's on the ground that were needed. The steady crew just worked that much harder. Those were some good days working along some good men. Today, forgetaboutit, I'd be by myself. Lol

If it were any slower it would be going backwards. With the crank bearing debacle, and all the gearing up, spending money like it's water, etc., etc.. The only reason I even started a build thread was to have a documented ruling on the crank bearing issue. So pretty much on standby until the crankshaft can be installed so the cylinder work can begin. Wish it were better/faster for you guys but, it is what it is. I'm also considering some other twists and turns in design...

Still plenty of time, I plan on taking it to Monkeyfest in September, blowing it up, rebuilding it for the races at Randy's. Lol

Will do, It's one of the guys that I work with that need to stay safe...... I wanted to hit him over the head with a shovel this morning. We are spreading topsoil and hydro seeding yards today And hes big lazy guy that doesn't like too get dirty..

He wipes off his hand consistently with rags and some how one ended up in the pump on the hydro seeder... it's not a fun job pulling a pump apart with a full tank of mix... and him standing there asking dumb questions.. rant over!
