Still don't know the best tool to open up the oiler holes. I've ruined a couple diamond burrs, as well as dulled a few cheap drill bits. A rounded tree shaped double cut is my new favorite I suppose because it's done a few and it still cuts

Been using a small tear drop shaped diamond, that works pretty good. Less oil flow, more wear, must equal more money to Oregon. One saw dust chip away from no oil. Bass turds anyway.

Porting out the oil holes on yet another Power Match bar. They are just to small for proper oiling especially on the longer ones in my opinion. Not sure what Oregon was/is thinking here, but it ain't working.

A few hls bars are like that too.
