I don't have the tool, but is it catching the lip on the crank? Or catching on the case? If it's the lip, I wrap a piece of pop can around the crank and slide the seal on

Aluminium foil works good as well wrapped around the crank then slide the seal over it with a little oil on the seal

That's a pretty hood stretch of work. Hopefully you get in to a good rhythm soon.

I'm doing alright. Used the brush attachment on my Kombi unit and power raked a couple yards this morning. Rhis afternoon took my wife to the Home & Garden show. Played with some new Stihl battery powered stuff. A really neat little handheld pruner.

Also found the grill I want, now just need to find the $$ for it. Might have to sell another saw or two but I don't have many left to let go of.

If someone had bought my 441 and I had the $$ in the account I would have ordered one today. The "Show Special" was only $100 so I don't lose much by not ordering today. It might take a year of saving to convince my wife to get it but I think we will eventually.

I am tired of buying new grills every 4 or 5 years, I want one that will last forever.

I've had amazing luck in the grill department this month. I got a brand new Big Green Egg for free thru work and picked up a brand new Weber Genesis 330 yesterday for $140. It was an open box deal, missing the handles on the doors. I bought the handles for $30.

Yeppers 30+ year's it's a great hobby not as big a money saver over factory as it used to be components are stupid high now .
Hey todd the china saw is still running that's what I'm doing before dark blocking ash and hickory at least the cattle like my saw they always come running when i cut.
