I'm going to look into this, I have lost some nice saws in the last 10 seconds. It really pisses ya off you think you got it, then the you lost the auction crap shows up.

On the Bay, I just think what is the absolute maximum that I would bid on something and put that in. It will keep outbidding in the lowest amount to bid. If it goes over then you loose, so you don't have to worry about being there at the last second, and only have to pay X amount over the previous bid. Works pretty good actually. Also doesn't let you get carried away...
