now i work a feed mill in the winter and cut grass in summer and hold a odd job here and there.
Honest work right there. My Dad and Grandpa lost the hog farm back in the 80s. Funny thing is the way there were doing it is the new big fad now letting the animals be all free range in stuff.

Yep,

Tried keeping the center high ddidn't work out so well.
Not just a simple 3 layer and done anymore....

Least once I get this filled it, it will be a 1 layer cover pass lol.

Yup!!!

As soon as I got back home and filled the freezer, A couple Sizzle steaks hit the grill.

Fork tender, just like last years critter. :applaudit:

The yuppies are paying 50-100 bucks for 30 day aged T-bones, and they have no concept of what aged beef hamburger tastes like. Crap....wait until you throw a brisket on the smoker.

Still making Jerky with the left over burger from the last one.:D
