That's just hard to comprehend pounding that much weld in one spot without hearing a gigantic ping!!!

That is why the pre heat is so important. This thing has been 350-450* since 11/20/16... otherwise she would have made all sorts of bad noise lol

been using flood lights checking wiring on my new toy so far i have found some floating grounds 3 open wires and 2 bad grounds.
engine to chassis and cab to chassis grounds and three open wires on the tail light harness.
off to thou holy junk yard for a good used harness.

The larger the wire the lower resistance, under heavy current draw.
