Enjoying some quality time with Navy son and college daughter on the dart board in the shop this evening. Jamming to ol' skool rock & roll. I always pumped the 60's/70's/80's into these kids and they're 25 and 18 respectively, and they love it. Just finished some Rush, BTO, Foreigner, and now we moving on to April Wine, Harder...Faster.

Kids have a fine appreciation for good, old rock & roll...all the good chit. Next up...Jethro Tull.

And they know all the lyrics no matter who you put on, ol' skool.

After some good ol' Aqualung, we gonna hit some Marshall Tucker, Skynyrd, Outlaws, and a good fat dose of Atlanta Rhythm Section. These young kids I got luv it...especially ARS.

I damn sure ain't gonna argue with what they wanna hear.
Get some Allman Brothers mixed in there Jason.

The kids are 'spring-loaded in the rock & roll world' of the Allman Bros. They've both met Duane Allman in Macon, Ga.
Now the kids are wanting a little something more modern as we progress up...Warrant, Skid Row, Creed. I did give'em a big shot of Blue Oyster Cult as we left the 70's. They love BOC.

And we gonna backstep and do some Little River Band as well...

And we gonna do some good ol' REO Speedwagon as well.

Great taste man!!! Not often I hear someone from Georgia talking about Rush or April Wine. Thought the only place you heard those anymore was North of 49.

Those bands be in my veins...been in 'em for many decades now. I edited my last post...we gonna do some good 'ol REO Speedwagon as well. I seen a heap of old rock and roll bands in concert in my younger days. Ain't no music better than the ol' rock & roll bands of the past.
