The press I'm working on is held between 350-500*f while I'm in their welding. then step out to 50* and fans blowing is quite the system shock lol.

Do you get colds and flu offen from the changing temperatures

Not much for getting sick. Hard to explain. It's like a stiffness sets in on the hands/joints once ya change temp that much, expecially if ya don't stay moving. they will be running today. Plenty of heat from all the red hot sTeel billets.

Normally it's a computer generated phone call for our school. Generally the call comes around 5am. I guess for today they called it out last night because they knew that there would be no way the plows would be out to clean everything up in time for the busses to get out.
