I'll dip in just a little on the politics....hell we are all friends here. I still don't like bringing that stuff here to this site, but in a few days we will be having what I think is gonna be the most rigged election this country has ever had.

I think Hillary will "win". But not without the voting machines being rigged. Then if Trump calls foul, widespread riots could break out.

This could end up being a major clusterfuck......

Can't do it on a steer tire, too many truck squads. And I wouldn't want to lose that at 65 with a load on the highway...

I hate recaps, we used to put them on trailers but after getting stranded a few times we said piss in it.

The only recaps we use now is on my feed truck, but that sticks around the farm. It's never more than a mile away from our feedmill.

My uncle has enough deer in his front yard you could club them. A few years ago his ahole neighbor put up deer blinds next to his property line and started renting them out so my uncle put up 5 deer feeders just to F with him. I laugh every time I go out there.

$75 a deer around here is the going rate. Of course that price is higher if someone wants jerky, snack sticks etc...

I got screwed on that one on deer. My kids love snack sticks. I asked how much extra that would cost if I got the whole deer made into snack sticks. (Short of the back straps)
They told me it'd be roughly $30-40 more for that.
Heck, I could live with that price.


Needless to say I chit a brick when I picked everything up and got a bill for $340.....


Hog and beef processing is $.45-48 a pound cut and wrapped depending on the processor. Of course smoking of ham and bacon is additional

I've never paid to have a deer processed. A few beers, a saw, and a sharp knife is all you need. I've had jerky and sausage made but took them the meat.

That would've put it around $105-115...I'd a left the deer with'em for $340 and told'em enjoy it.
