Morning guys.

Well yesterday was a success. My buddies wife threw him a suprise birthday party last night with all the members of the facility. One of the suprises was me coming out for the day.

His wife picked me up from the airport and when she left he he thought something was strange.
My buddy and one of the other instructors met us at a restaurant in town.
The guy in the car with my buddy said his expression was priceless. He was pretty excited.

His wife ended up throwing a party with about 50 guests. They all chipped in to get him a few toys..

A Springfield M1a and a custom 1911 that's getting built.

For a few years before he joined Recon he was on the Marine Corps Marksmanship team and did very well. So everyone figured they'd get him the rifle that he used to shoot for the team



I was supposed to be home at noon today but we changed my tickets so I can stick around today and fly home Sunday night.

So me and my wife are heading down here for a week in November. My buddy and his wife are renewing their vows. They had a courthouse wedding 10 years ago before he deployed so he wants to give her a real wedding.
Both me and my wife are standing up.

I got talking to a guy last night and he asked if we have a vehicle to drive when we come.
We were going to rent one.

It looks like we will no longer be renting a car. Genius and my better half will be tooling around in a a Ferrari

Jason, just in case you start to get cold feet on this deal, here is a video of 3 ported 262's. One Randy did, one Al did, and I did the other. I hope this helps! You can sue me later in chainsaw court!!!
