Good Evening Todd. Making repairs to daughters house. Kitchen floor spongy about fist sized by the back sliding glass door. Water damage to the osb floor underlayment. Headed back to patch and reinforce from below in the crawl space. It's always something at her house. Need to finish before she gets home as it is her birthday.

This morning I got sent to check a wet spot on the street that was icing up the road. After looking around a bit I found water pouring out of a 4” drain coming from a house. The people went to Florida for the winter and must not have turned their water off. It was raining from the gutter... My guess is it frozen and was spraying everywhere inside...
