Apparently cargo shopping is different than mail... thankfully I have lots of bubble wrap and other packing materials around, so I will make sure I add even more material on any others I ship. I used to reinforce the area in front of the spikes and that area in front of the tab, I will make sure I stuff the back side of the box too.

Foam playmats for kids are awesome for padding around the box. Can be found cheap at dollar stores.

I even find them thrown out sometimes. Scott is getting a 462 with playmats from Disney's Frozen...

Dan, I am lucky enough to be able to pack my item while at work. As we deal in fragile items all day long there is never a shortage of packing materials. I never even have to touch the bubble wrap on the roll, always manage air bags or bubble that was on stuff incoming to us and save the new stuff for work outgoing...

Next time you ship something mail ask them to not let Fumbles McGee handle it.

Had to take the dog into the vet this morning. He had a seizure last night, so we figured we better get him checked out.

I started on a small steel Fab table/ weld cart today as long as I was home.
I made some big parts into smaller pieces.

I'm going to need some more scrap steel to get the base done yet.
