got the time to go through the 550 a tad today, as I said, those 550's is kinda russian roulette.
Leaky head gasket due uneven crankcase halfs, a couple case bolts needed a tad more torque, something weird with the piston ring pin, and of course, a leaky seal

Keep me in mind, Tor. I'm always looking for a project and the dealers here are not interested to sell many parts saws, especially not at a good price.

Sure, if I see/get something you would like to have as a project. Biggest chance is 550 xpg projects, now and then a 346 xpg but they have become a tad more rare nowadays.
The only project saw I've promised someone else is 560 xpg's.

I'll be taking that 266 and 372

Splitter is splitting now with the new coil that works. Drug out the two tops out of the woods. Little 550 has them all cut up, now just finish up the splitting and haul to the shed. Then move the operation to the wood pile and split, split and split some more.
