That's a factory new cylinder. No porting done, and not to sure it will need any. It should be a pretty good runner for 66cc.

This one is a p42 cylinder, but the 455 is the same just 72cc. I have one of those here, but the plating is wore through unfortunately. You can put the p45/455 top end on a p42 though.

I've had good luck with white vinegar in a sprayer for knocking out that funk wet smell. Might take a few trips but I find it a hell of alot more tolerable than bleach.
