Running one of my 372s
Cutting pine and poplar he has a portable mill
Coming.
Going to use it for wall's and flooring
After it cures.
We have several hundred tree's
To clear for farm and hunting.

I got a bit done today,mostly maintance of them saws I have.
We got storm rain, thunder storm, and I read we got fire storm also, but not so bad as the Sweedes have had for weeks. No air con in my house, 81°F, gone be hard to sleep lol

I think it's racetech valving in the rear factory shock and works fronts that aren't much good any more. Rebuilt to many times I guess. Not a high dollar set up fursur. Last year for Hatfield and McCoy I put my factory shocks back on

I saw that Elka has a "affordable " set for the z400 at about 1,000 bucks. To me that's still to expensive for shocks lol. The stock shocks are starting to drive me nuts though.

If you have the piggyback fronts they are rebuildable with Race Tech parts

I’d like to swap jobs with someone...somebody do this aggravating as hell avionics/flight control work for 30 days...and I’d like to run a damn saw for 30 days.

I started this airplane stuff back in the mid-80’s...working A-6/E Intruders and EA-6/B Prowlers in the Marine Corps. The Sky Pigs were some long standing, bad ass jets, since the inception of the Vietnam War. When I went in the Corps those decades ago, reserve squadrons still flew the A-4/M Skyhawks, and the F-4 Phantoms. Used to love to see those old bird asses takeoff/touchdown at Cherry Point. The F-4 Phantoms, as well as the A-4’s, with hearing plugs and muffs on...would rattle your damn teeth when they took off. And the damn AV-8/B II Harriers the Marine aviators flew were no silent thing either...especially in VTOL mode landing, with the vector thrust exhaust ports. And now the Corps flies one of the loudest fighters on the planet...the venerable F-18 D/E variants. It’s a bad ass fighter...but it’s the loudest thing you’ve ever been near.

As you all know, I work C-17 GlobeMaster III’s avionics/flight controls. Anyhoo, a little previous Corps history on attack role/fighters/bombers...I’d sure like to toss the keys on this chit for about 30 days...smell something other than drained fuel, etc..and just cut wood, run a damn saw, for about 30 days, etc, etc...just to get the *f-word away from them damn planes.

Any takers...?
