What's happening Joe?
Not much, boy wanted to walk the pigs at the in-laws, couldn't did his whip. So shovel it is.
Good evening Joe. How have you been doing?
Evening.

Doing well, helping dad get the pool to the 85% done lol. It's heated now, went for a dip last weekend.

Dad and i Found a resto shop to finish this up for us. Gonna drop it off and of july/August. Sad and exciting at the same time.

It will be nice to have it all done, but I know you had plans to do it yourself.

Good evening Gary. How are you doing tonight?

Alright for a Monday I reckon. Still searching for new eyeglasses for Elliott but apparently at least the optician that took over the old practice is going to order some in for us should have some options on Wednesday.

It was a new truck and they said that price was with every possible incentive/ discount available in their state. The price was more because I was out of state..bla bla.. bla.. etc... etc..

Basically wasn't any better deal than I can get locally.

That's some B.S. right there!!!

Yep, dad got all wound up about getting the cutlass finished after i got the 442 running.

The cutlass has been tore down since 1998 lol. (Dads 10 years) I was 8 when he got it.
I started on it in 2008.. in high school

Figure a 20 year resto is long enough.

Shop figures it should be less than a month to get it finished up.

Least I can claim the paint/body work lol

man you're knee deep in cutlasses!

You could only be so lucky.
Like ive said before I'd drive a Ford 550 crew cab dumpbed. But its be parked in front of the neighbors down the street.
You mean getting something that lasts lmao. Here we go again!
they'd last longer if they'd bring back the 460!

Sold 3 (2 68's and a 69)of em in the auction this spring.
And still have dads ol 69 442 which this blue one is going to be a cutlass clone of.
Lmao and don't let them tell you it needs paint either .
Already told them that ain't gonna fly. If they can't handle sanding a couple sags out and cut/polish it gonna get pulled lol.

They just gonna put it all together, add power disc to the front. Make it run and drive again lol.

That's great it'll get done and you can enjoy it together.
I can tell you about dozens of car's or trucks
Here that rotted away
Because someday they were gonna
Fix it up right.
A sweet 340 challenger needed only paint
Set in clay mud until
The frame disolved
Guy was offered 10 grand cash once for it
Nope that's my retirement project
He died and that was it.
