My Dad loved Chelsea buns. He knew the best bakery to find one within 60 miles of the house in any direction.

My wife once made one for me and it was the best I ever had. She messed up on some bread dough and turned it into a Chelsea bun.

I haven't seen one since. She's watching my waistline. She's a damn fine baker and cook. Hell of a wife as well.
