Thinking about one of those myself, a four jaw chuck for the South Bend will cost about as nuch as a whole new lathe. Tried to buy it, but that fell flat, so no sense investing heavy into something that I don't own.

Thinking about one of those myself, a four jaw chuck for the South Bend will cost about as numu as a whole new lathe. Tried to buy it, but that fell flat, so no sense investing heavy into something that I don't own.

They come with 3 and 4 jaw chucks plus a couple of centers. The tailstock is MT3 so maybe some of your South bend stuff will work there.
