We adopted 2 cats a few years ago that showed up at our door. When I would take the dog out in the morning one of them would run right in the house and drink water from the dogs dish. When we brought them inside it’s like they have been around our lab since they were all born. When other cats walk through the yard she goes crazy barking at them but these 2 cats snuggle with the dog and have since day one. There are 2 more cats wondering outside but they are not friendly enough to come close so I can check them out.

Hey guys after two weeks of temps in the teens and single digits these *f-wordin temps can kiss my azz.I very rarely complain about it because I like the cold but its been way below normal. I'll just STFU now and feed the fire again.

Best do all you can now, seems we all have to pay for the days of our youth. My cousin John just passed away last night, he was in a coma from congestive heart failure. He was miserable for the last few years with a chest that would not heal from open heart surgery. Had to walk around with a flak vest on. He's probably better off as bad as that sounds. So take good care of yourself now while you still can, take a break from sitting down now and then and walk, every little bit helps.

It is important to keep moving. Harder to hit a moving target. Very sorry to hear about your poor cousin.

So many things these days have us geared to sit on our duff & stare at something. Don’t get me wrong information technology is good and all but it can sometimes become addictive if I’m not careful.
