Well I finished wrapping T's presents. I am glad she is in my life as nybwrapping volume has decreased quite dramtically as she wraps everything that isn't for her.

On the other hand it is 2 days before Chriatmas and people are messing with the schedule of family events...

A local pizza place just added a bunch of Gluten Free optionstontheir menu. We are ordering in tonight. I am having Gluten Free Chicken Fingers.

@Stump Shot Steve. What type of yeast do you use in your breadmaker? Another attempt today that isbdense like a brick...

Red Star yeast for bread machines. I also put two tbsp of brown(white works too) sugar for the yeast to work off of. I use one tsp of yeast. Egg size has some effect too.

I gotta use them hooks 4-5 times a day lol. The other possible worse case scenario is dropping a 1000lb roll of film on my feet.

Thanks boss, She’s been through a war over the last few years so when she gets a respiratory sickness she ends up needing supplemental oxygen.

She seems to be Coughing less this evening so hopefully she’s on the mends!

The rest of the family was gone most of the day so it was nice just hanging out me and her.
