I'm sure @exCanuck will try and explain it to us tomorrow but it isn't the forum software it is Go Fund Me. The have some type of voodoo in the links that is designed for flash / social media sites. The Twitter link is a more true / raw link because that is how they do things...

Every time someone posted the link and it didn't work from their phone I could still use it from my computer.
