Morning all / Evening Todd.

Was able to sleep much better last night, would still be sleeping if Elliott hadn't of come in and woke me up.

The last football game I went made me never want to go again $40 parking $12 beers and 80000 drunk mother frenchie.

The company I work for is very involved in the local sports seen. We share luxury boxes at both the NHL Arena and the football stadium. My boss's dad was on the board of directors and served 2 terms as president of the football club before he passed on. The Stadium used to be a block from our store and I would just park there and walk, now they built a new one across town on the university campus. Parking is usually $20 a game but I get a parking pass with my season tickets. My tickets and parking are paid by the company so it only costs me snacks etc. I can't drink beer anymore so I often sign up as a DD and get free pop/soda. Usually spend $10 on a bucket of popcorn and on hot days an ice cream but overall it's pretty cheap entertainment for us unless we have to pay for a baby sitter for Elliott. This year Tamara's mom has been able to do it more so that doesn't cost us anything other than feeding her...

That's right. About 10 years ago our industry was a little soft and they implemented a wage freeze. I was still blowing my budget numbers out of the water and did about a 15% increase. I went to the boss then and said, if you can't do more $$ you best find some other way or I will go somewhere else. My own dedicated season tickets for football was exactly what I was hoping for. Now I need to press for a third one as Elliott is getting to the age where he wants to come more.
