Really well took my wife and I took our 2 daughters out for lunch today for the oldest ones Birthday that was on Wednesday

Heck yeah! I am going out with my grandma for lunch today. Life gets busy I don't talk with her as much as I should but try and make time whenever possible.

I meant to reply yesterday. Diet may be a big part. Try a quart of real cherry juice with a good sized shot if apply cider vinegar in it every 2 days. Morning and evening. Good for joints and kidneys.
