Hundreds of trees down everywhere around here...saw several this morning on the way to work laid over on houses, just wiped out the roofs, etc. Buddy of mine a street over from me lost both his truck and his ol' ladys' SUV to a huge pine that snapped...just wiped both of them out!

Oh *s-word man! I guess it'll be a good test of his insurance.

Good afternoon friends and gents, I am paying a lot of sympathy to those who got terrible damage in the Florida area. One of the forwarders in the states I sometimes use is located in the area and yesterday got a damage report form them, good to hear that they do not have missing stuff in this.

Showing here today is a welding rod filling helper I made for my own use. I use mainly some small wire, e.g. 0.6mm in diameter, so this helps me out very much since these small wires are mostly sold in a roll, so wire comes out curly when I unroll it.

Not bad myself Todd as far as house/yard...small limbs down but nothing major. One of the fortunate ones I suppose. But a lot of folks got hit hard!
