Good enough and fair enough then, will set all pistons to that height of the 372 one sent.
If you want to measure squish in some saws I can custom cut if you want to, to the tolerance of your choosing.

I ran @old guy 372 with the 268 piston and a gasket delete, that he made, and it ran mighty fine. Was really solid through the wood. I liked that saw a lot, be hard to find a much better work saw.

Thanks for the correction, could have sworn you said that, I have a hard time hearing speech some times over a running engine, so you must have said something else and I interpreted it wrong.

Have several different sizes and the softer(more lead) ones are betterer. If you can't roll it over it's too big. And when it does roll over it, go back and forth like ten times or so to make sure it gets to size.

Yeah, I know all about the hearing thing, in the early days I ran the those old Macs with no hearing protection and now I pay for it.
Remember what I said about 45 degreeing the corner of the popup, I didn't get as much comp as I should have and I think that is why, the next one I do I will just round the corner a bit & try that.

Not much did some yard work and cleaned up a couple saws. How about you anything cool going on?
