I gave day shift up years ago since we rotate from days to graveyard. Now I work 2 3-11 and a 11-7.

Yeah, a cutter change is a ton of work by hand. Grinder makes it a lot easier but you lose a ton of cutter after it's done. For $17.28 you get a 72 drive link ready to go. For a standard 20in. bar.
