I just picked up a mint looking 020avp, after fresh fuel it fired right up. Put bar an chain on an the dang thing just revs up an chain won't spin. Weird lookin clutch on her which one of the guys on here posted a manual but it don't say how to fix

if you look at the center of the clutch its not threads or splined and there is a disc drive that threads onto the crank that is supposed to turn the clutch
