I've always shared the good, bad, whatever.....so I'll share this one too.

A few days ago a feller called me to ask about a saw he bought from me. I couldn't place it. Had no notes, not on the calendar, no emails, nothing....

It seems that he talked to me, sent payment, and I forgot to write it down.

So......I didn't sleep a wink that night.

The next day I sold three new ported saws and lined up 6 more to port. The amount that I needed to cover the one saw I forgot was more than covered by one day of business.......but I was exhausted from my worry and lack of sleep.

Now......I have a notebook hanging on the wall for those phone orders so hopefully I can prevent any others from slipping thru the cracks.
