Wow so still not happy with the 371? Maybe try a stock piston and see what happens. I wouldn't mind coming across a 385. From what I heard the logger guy you gave the muffler to blew up that 385.The usual 395,385&372.
Took the 371 and the x torq this morning. That xtorq is a ball to run. The 371 is probably my favorite saw but it really took a crap after installing that high dollar piston. Zero torque...
I'm jealous, that is great weather Dave.72* and very nice repeated attacks from the little *a-hole is the only problem lol. View attachment 85701 View attachment 85702

Last I heard that guy is homeless, and has not been seen in awhile. I wouldn't mind giving him some money for it though. Are you going to use the million dollar piston again lol.See if you can pick it up cheap. I know where there's a few parts..
The 371 is going under the knife..that reminds me I need to text that zoo city fella.
Been beautiful here too. Damn ragweed has my allergies flared up, can't wait for the first frost. We've actually had some nice weather down here. Makes a big difference when the humidity drops off.
I think so, gonna let Randy have a look at it and go from there. Just needs a compression bump I think.Last I heard that guy is homeless, and has not been seen in awhile. I wouldn't mind giving him some money for it though. Are you going to use the million dollar piston again lol.

I would like to see one of the china part's companies off taller than stock pistons we can cut down to our need's.
That would be awesome lol
Always preferred the 371 myself.
Yeah they failed to mention those small details lol. That would be great.
I think the Piston will be great after a little base/squish cut but it was intended to be a drop in performance part.
Uh huh.. we'll fix that though. [emoji16]Yeah they failed to mention those small details lol.
