Yep I sure did, but I tried my welding helmet also. My helmet is a auto dark and it worked fine.

Mine is auto dark too. I turned the shade and sensitivity all the way up and it works good. Seems to be safe.

It didn't get that dark here, nothing more than cloud cover.

The glasses were a 17 and my helmet went to 13. It seemed fine to me as well.

At One quarter eclipse here. So far Gunther and I haven't lost our souls or anything else like that. Will only peek at three quarters eclipse here in about twenty five minutes or so.
