what did they find was the problem
She got a few torn tendons and a few that are very loose. There going to reattach the torn one's and tighten up the others.
There is a bunch of fluid built up that will be drained and a few bone chips floating around in there.

I'm glad to hear that she is getting some help. Being in pain for a long time really sucks.

Doing good Dallas.
Running into town here shortly. Got a get a few things for around the house.

Then I need to get the yard mowed and the house cleaned up. So we have everything buttoned up. Before Mama go's under the knife in Tues.
Hope all goes well with the surgery. Sounds like she has been in pain awhile

another reason i listen to old country and early bluegrass.
Agreed....
I got to meet Possum some years back.
When my aunt in TN was about to go into hospice I found out her favorite singer was Possum. Matter of fact she like to call him her unknown boy friend.

Well a little research and I discovered where he lived just south of Nashville.
A little trip over there and the house keeper told me he and his wife were not home. I had prewritten a note and asked to leave it.

About 2 weeks later, Possum showed up with his wife. Very nice people.
They spent a little time with my aunt, gave her a signed card and picture and had to leave.
She talked about that with Everyone till the day she died

We buried her with both...

I love hearing about things like this, it restores my faith in humanity that there's decent people out there from all walks of life.

Afternoon everyone. Hope every made it home safe from whatever theu chose to do.

Me, I spent 2 1/2 hours on a steing trimmer and cleaning up at temps well over 80 because I was too much a slacker to get started early.

Thankfully was able to cool off on the pool and will soon have BLT's with the first ripe tomatoe from the garden this year.
