Good honest work my friend.

I framed houses for a long time. I always tried to have a good relationship with the masons. They can make or break a job. The foundation is everything. On brick homes I made sure to plan ahead for the brick pockets......and in return they contacted me with any concerns they had on setting up the foundation correctly for my framing.

Outstanding Todd :)....I know what you mean about the forestry work having a "Edge" to it !! .
If the building gets a bit slack the firewood helps out I should think.

Hello.

We got some rain. I'm happy.
That must mean you got your hay crop done and dusted and you are looking for a bit of a flush from the pasture. There is still combining to get done here (bro in law is late as on a organic farm)...usually a mad panic late sept for the last of the fields to come in.

Good for you.

A bricklayer and drywall finisher are two jobs that look like absolutely no fun to me.
